1Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "phjou" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming website operated at phjou.cam, including all associated services, products, games, and tools made available through that domain.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any natural person who has registered a verified account on phjou and uses its services.
• "Account" refers to the individual, non-transferable registered account maintained by a Player on phjou, identified by a unique username and email address.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or non-cash incentives credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to Philippine Peso amounts deposited directly by a Player through an accepted payment method.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by phjou in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing licensed gaming activity in the Philippines.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, live dealer tables, financial transaction facilities, and support services provided through phjou.

2Acceptance of Terms

By completing the phjou registration process and clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent confirmation, you represent that you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by this Agreement, along with all policies incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Continued use of phjou after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. phjou will provide reasonable notice of material changes via registered email or a prominent notice on the platform.

3Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To register and use phjou, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling activity in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR regulations.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing phjou from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory body.
5. You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of phjou or any of its affiliated entities.

4Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create a phjou Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each natural person is strictly limited to one (1) registered phjou Account. Opening, operating, or having access to more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — is a material breach of this Agreement. phjou reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to confiscate any balances held in them.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal is processed, phjou requires identity verification. You must submit a government-issued photo identification document — such as a Philippine Statistics Authority National ID, a valid Philippine passport, or a Land Transportation Office driver's license — alongside a recent self-portrait (selfie) taken per phjou's instructions. phjou may request additional documentation at any time as required by applicable regulations.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided to phjou is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information, particularly in relation to your identity, age, or location, constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phjou login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person or entity.

You agree to notify phjou immediately — through the official 24/7 live chat accessible from within your Account — upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. phjou will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality or to report a security breach promptly.

phjou will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from phjou and requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phjou support immediately.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phjou accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phjou does not impose currency conversion charges on PHP transactions.

6.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed and credited to your phjou Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation from the receiving institution, typically within one (1) banking day. phjou reserves the right to place a temporary hold on deposits pending anti-money laundering verification.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within fifteen (15) minutes from approval during normal operating conditions. Bank withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking day. phjou reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of elevated volume, system maintenance, or regulatory review.

6.4 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified Account. KYC must be complete before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

6.5 Own Funds Requirement

You represent that all funds deposited into your phjou Wallet are your own, lawfully obtained, and are not derived from criminal activity. phjou operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required.

7Betting Rules

The rules governing individual games — including bet limits, game mechanics, return-to-player percentages, and specific game outcomes — are published within each game's interface or its associated information page. These game-specific rules form part of this Agreement.

All bets placed on phjou are final once confirmed. phjou reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, software malfunctions, obvious pricing errors, or where the integrity of a game or event is compromised. In the event of a system failure mid-game, phjou will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server logs and to settle bets accordingly.

8Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, cashback awards, and loyalty rewards offered by phjou are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These specific terms prevail over this section in the event of any conflict.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Real Money Funds are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to Section 6.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

phjou monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to withdraw bonuses, void associated winnings, and restrict or close an Account where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim a new-player bonus more than once, placing bets to satisfy wagering requirements in a manner calculated to minimise risk, or colluding with other players to farm promotional credits.

8.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds and free spins are subject to expiry. The applicable expiry window will be stated in the promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without recourse.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phjou and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or with employees of the Platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your Wallet.
• Attempting to launder money or proceeds of criminal activity through phjou.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or in communications with phjou support.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise phjou's systems, servers, or network infrastructure.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed payment transactions without first raising the matter with phjou support.
• Accessing phjou from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including a minor.

10Responsible Gaming

phjou is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among its Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phjou Accounts at no charge and without requiring support intervention:

• Daily Deposit Limits — Set a cap on the amount that may be deposited within a 24-hour period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive alerts after one (1), two (2), or four (4) hours of continuous play.
• Loss Limits — Set a maximum net loss per session after which further play is suspended for that session.
• Cooling-Off Period — Voluntarily suspend access to your Account for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your phjou Account at any time without contacting support.

phjou enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum gambling age of 21 years for all Players. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to visit the phjou Responsible Gaming page for further information and support resources available in the Philippines.

11Intellectual Property

All content on phjou — including but not limited to the platform's software, source code, design, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of phjou or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use phjou solely for the purpose of personal, recreational gaming. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of phjou without express prior written authorisation from phjou management.

The phjou name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of phjou. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjou and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond phjou's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, and natural disasters.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use phjou.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that proves inaccurate.
• Losses arising from delays in game data feeds, live score updates, or market prices beyond phjou's direct control.

Nothing in this section limits phjou's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

13Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of phjou's services — including game outcomes, transaction disputes, bonus credits, or account decisions — you should raise the matter through the following process:

1. Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact phjou's 24/7 live chat support directly from your Account. Most disputes can be resolved at this stage within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Email Complaint: If live chat resolution is unsatisfactory, submit a written complaint to phjou's registered support email address. Formal complaints will receive a substantive response within five (5) business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following phjou's formal response, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant licensing and regulatory authority in accordance with their published complaints procedure.

phjou maintains all game logs, transaction records, and chat transcripts for a period sufficient to substantiate dispute resolution. All complaint submissions should include your registered Account email, Account username, and a clear description of the issue with any relevant dates and amounts.

14Amendments to These Terms

phjou reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility — phjou will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via your registered email address and/or a prominent notice displayed at phjou.cam.

Your continued use of phjou after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using phjou and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the change.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at phjou.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits phjou's right to seek emergency or interim relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
